Here at LSESU we have over 250 Societies, Sports Clubs and Media Groups. These student groups are the heart and soul of student life, and are open to all LSE students, regardless of course or year of study.

Awards LSESU’s Award Season is a highlight in our calendar and is our opportunity to celebrate our clubs and societies, campaigners, and other incredible individuals who have worked hard to ensure the enhancement of the academic and extracurricular experience of LSE students!
Meet the Team Our Clubs and Societies Team are dedicated to supporting student groups. They provide guidance, resources, and administrative support to over 250 clubs and societies, ensuring they run as successfully as they can.
Societies Societies are the heart and soul of student life at LSE, and becoming a member is the best way to get more out of your time at university. We have more than 200 societies at LSESU, with thousands of students being members.
Sports Clubs At LSE Students’ Union we offer a wide range of sport and physical activity opportunities; from competing for LSE in a sports club, to joining the LSESU Gym or taking part in an Active Lifestyle Fitness Class.
Raising and Giving (RAG)
Student Media The LSESU media groups are entirely student-led and there's loads of opportunities for you to get involved – whether it's through an editorial role, anchoring your own TV production, or even putting together a radio show.
Committee Hub The LSESU Committee Hub is your one-stop shop for all information committee leaders need to deliver their group. It contains everything you need to successfully run your LSESU Club or Society, including forms, templates, essential information and lots of other helpful resources. This hub is co-created with student leaders.
