Introducing the new LSESU Postgraduate Society!
Would you like to be a founding member of the brand new LSESU Postgraduate Society, and begin a legacy that will enhance the lives of LSE Postgrads for generations to come?
Well, this is your chance to get involved! We're looking for 3 Postgraduate students to become the first ever committee of the LSESU's new Postgraduate Society.
The society will exist to create a fun, supportive community for all LSE Postgraduates. The new committee will have the power to shape exactly what this looks like, but it will likely involve organising exciting events and activities, catered specifically to Postgraduates. Your input will create a valuable community for your PG peers, that will support them through their time at LSE and beyond.
Here's the exciting thing...all LSE Postgraduate students are eligible to run for a position! We currently have the following 3 roles up for election:
- President - Responsible for overseeing the Club/Society's overall activity, including its events, finances, and members.
- Treasurer - Responsible for overseeing the Club/Society's overall finances, including budgets, reimbursements, and spending.
- Secretary - Responsible for supporting the President and Treasurer in the general admin behind leading a Student Group.
In all three positions, you will gain priceless experience of organising events, managing budgets, working in a team, marketing and communications and so much more.
Plus, the SU's Societies Team will be there to support you every step of the way. You'll also have access to our spaces, funding, event support and bespoke training opportunities.
Interested? Follow these 3 easy steps below:
