The Govmatrix Society is LSESU's government-focused think tank.

In our perilous times, too many students have fallen prey to looking at the world with the myopic 'us versus them' lens. Too many have lost the ability to listen. too many are quick to end a conversation. People believe in different facts and live in different realms on the same planet. We're here to change that.

At Govmatrix, we believe in the transformative power of discourse. we believe that every problem on this planet can be solved through effective deliberation. If you're thrilled by examining the world from nuanced and varied perspectives and engaging in conversations with those who disagree with you, challenge you, and ultimately make you a better person, you've found your place.
