The LSE Somali Society is a student-led association focused on recognised and accommodating the accomplishments of Somalis within LSE, enhancing opportunities for individuals of Somali heritage to access prestigious institutions like LSE, and enriching LSE's community with Somali culture.
We are equally committed to supporting our members by facilitating access to higher education or employment through speaker events, networking opportunities, and initiatives that create unique pathways for our members' personal and professional growth.
Our primary aim is to create a strong, supportive, and inclusive community that inspires LSE's Somali students to excel within academic and social settings. By strengthening and building connections we strive to empower students to reach their full potential and contribute meaningfully to their fields of study and beyond.
