What I study

I study Politics BSc, hoping to get a specialisation with Anthropology.

Why I became
LGBTQ+ Officer

I became a PTO because LSE can do a lot better in terms of LGBTQ+ rights on campus. In a time when society is pushing back on our rights, I wanted to have a role in resisting this.

What I'm looking to achieve this year

I hope to work on alleviating some of the stresses that queer students on campus may face. I want to build a greater sense of community on campus for queer students through certain initiatives. I would also like to be a friendly face on campus so if you see me around, please come say hi!

Thiago, the 2020/21 LGBTQ+ Officer, created a guide for LGBTQIA+ Students at LSE. It contains guidance on how the School can support LGBTQIA+ students, how LSESU can support LGBTQIA+ students and advice for taking care of your mental, physical and sexual health.
